We had a two body problem so I was going to Pittsburgh every weekend and coming back on Mondays. I had so many problems with them. One time I was away for Thanksgiving and before leaving their heating was not working so I forgot their heating thermostat control open. When I came back a week later the apartment unit was over 90 degrees and all my fish in the aquarium died because the water evaporated. Another time I came back from Pittsburgh and found that they demolished one of the wall in my bedroom because of a plumbing issue. We had to stay with my newborn kid and my wife in a hotel room for a week. Luckily they covered at least those expenses. Also when returning the keys we returned them on time but they still cut from my deposit saying that we left the keys 2 days late.
