This place has some nerve to charge not only the price but say it offers different amenities that do not work or are shut down for periods of time that could be of great use to residents The number of people from old to young that are left sitting on This place has some nerve to charge not only the price but say it offers different amenities that do not work or are shut down for periods of time that could be of great use to residents The number of people from old to young that are left sitting on the stairs or in halls with heat waiting for broken elevators is ridiculous Especially for an 8 story building Im constantly finding myself offering help to eldery who cant make it to their apartment or simply need a hand There are no helpful staffconciegers no permanent fixes to issues etc Gnat and rodent infestation and much more I am posting this for my fellow residents and perspectives DO NOT COME HERE THIS IS TRULY THE WORST ITS BEEN more ... hide ...

I have absolutely nothing positive to say about this place Please heed the warnings and one star reviews This place is just the worst

I used to stay there for one year between August 2017August 2018 We had a two body problem so I was going to Pittsburgh every weekend and coming back on Mondays I had so many problems with them First they had issues with heating and cooling One time I used to stay there for one year between August 2017August 2018 We had a two body problem so I was going to Pittsburgh every weekend and coming back on Mondays I had so many problems with them First they had issues with heating and cooling One time I was away for Thanksgiving and before leaving their heating was not working so I forgot their heating thermostat control open When I came back a week later the apartment unit was over 90 degrees and all my fish in the aquarium died because the water evaporated Another time I came back from Pittsburgh and found that they demolished one of the wall in my bedroom because of a plumbing issue We had to stay with my newborn kid and my wife in a hotel room for a week Luckily they covered at least those expenses Also when returning the keys we returned them on time but they still cut from my deposit saying that we left the keys 2 days late Other than that on the last days staying there they finally finished the pool so at least we were able to enjoy it before leaving more ... hide ...
