Most of the people I've encountered in the building have been quite pleasant, and the neighborhood itself is quite tranquil. I'm content with my living space, but I find it frustrating that I have to continually make calls to have things fixed and that the cleaning appeared to be done in a rush. Additionally, there are groups of people who congregate across the street at night, which can be quite intimidating; I've even heard gunshots and a woman screaming for help. The price I paid for my apartment is fair and I don't receive any disturbances, which is why I'd still give this area a 3.5/5 rating.
