If I ever have a problem with my flat, I submit a maintenance request on the app and it's usually taken care of within sixty minutes. The gardeners keep the lawn manicured and neat every day. They are presently refurbishing, revamping and renovating the apartments as inhabitants vacate. Some may be outdated, but they're striving to fix and improve whatever they can. The rent is fair taking into consideration the tranquil area and the size of each apartment. Loads of closet and storage area, as well as a decent-sized private patio. I've had no issues with loud music or random people wandering around. They keep a close eye on the car parks to make sure only tenants are utilizing them and they'll swiftly tow away anyone parked there that shouldn't be. The pool is gigantic and usually not overly crowded. I sincerely adore living here. The people here saying Jenny is impolite are most likely those who didn't pay their rent or violated the rules. more ... hide ...

Love the place when they before its a decent place to live

I lived here for 3 years in a 2 BR The town home was just the right size for me and my son Maintenance requests were handled very quickly sometimes within the hour if it was during regular business hours Management was a pleasure to deal with and h I lived here for 3 years in a 2 BR The town home was just the right size for me and my son Maintenance requests were handled very quickly sometimes within the hour if it was during regular business hours Management was a pleasure to deal with and handled each tenant fairly and respectfully My only down side was the light bill is sometimes high the walls are pretty thin and the kitchen is TINY Also keep an eye out on any deliveries you are expecting I had more than a handful of packages stolen from my doorstep more ... hide ...

Thoroughly enjoyed our time at this complex Stayed in a 2 bedroom apt for 23 years and then transferred to a 3 bedroom when family started growing Staff was always friendly and polite apartments have plenty of space compared some newer places
