The apartment was INFESTED with roaches and bed bugs. The admins refuse to do anything actually helpful in dealing with the infestation and have waved off our video evidence when we showed them the time they did show up.The apartment was INFESTED with roaches and bed bugs. The on-site laundromat is run down and disgusting. Over half the washing machines are out of order and full of still water. My clothes stank worst after I used the machine than before. The AC unit will occasionally leak and reeks of mildew. Whats even worst was the Apartment Managers wouldnt let me see the apartment until after I gave them the non-refundable security deposit. Usually I wouldnt have done that but I was in a rough spot and desperately needed a place ASAP. Looking back, If I had the time to sit and check out the apartment before dropping the deposit I definitely wouldve chosen somewhere else. I felt like I was taken advantage of in that situation. Rent is cheap but thats all it has going for it.more ...hide ...
