The apartment was INFESTED with roaches and bed bugs The admins refuse to do anything actually helpful in dealing with the infestation and have waved off our video evidence when we showed them the time they did show up The onsite laundromat is run doThe apartment was INFESTED with roaches and bed bugs The admins refuse to do anything actually helpful in dealing with the infestation and have waved off our video evidence when we showed them the time they did show up The onsite laundromat is run down and disgusting Over half the washing machines are out of order and full of still water My clothes stank worst after I used the machine than before The AC unit will occasionally leak and reeks of mildew Whats even worst was the Apartment Managers wouldnt let me see the apartment until after I gave them the nonrefundable security deposit Usually I wouldnt have done that but I was in a rough spot and desperately needed a place ASAP Looking back If I had the time to sit and check out the apartment before dropping the deposit I definitely wouldve chosen somewhere else I felt like I was taken advantage of in that situation Rent is cheap but thats all it has going for itmore ...hide ...

They will be alright apartments if they will tell there residents to stop being mean to everybody that move in. Now its not all the residents, they know who they are. And when you ask them to please dont park so close, they gets an attitude and and still does it, its rediculous. If you cant bag in right dont do it at all. And about pets, its one dude he opens his door and the dog runs out. He dont care about others. I mean get a house if you want your dog to roam like that. Put him on a leash.
