Unfortunately, the new staff has not done much better. The only one that has been attentive to residents' complaints is Sonia. My friend has had mold in her laundry room for months, yet no one has come to address the issue despite her having reported it. I often attempt to email the office, but never get a response. It appears the only way to get in contact is to go to the office in-person. The communication skills are certainly lacking and could be improved to resolve many of the issues. I have grown accustomed to it now, but the price of rent is too high to be dealing with this kind of nonsense. I have also posted a picture of all the glass I keep finding around the area I take my dogs out to potty; not to mention nails, broken sprinklers, and who knows what else.more ...hide ...
