Ive loved living at Pecan Ridge Its had its ups and downs throughout my time here but since new management has taken over all of my longstanding issues were addressed right away Sonya has made my experience here all the better

Nice place. If you have good communication they will replicate that.Just be a nice person, abide by the rules and no issues.Everyone here is super nice and keeps to themselves. Almost 7-8 months here and its amazing!
