Is the process for moving in usually takes this long because its been almost 2 weeks and Ive been given the run around im not just not understanding

I relocated to Houston and found this complex and thought they were nice but boy was I so wrong I moved in on August 2 2021 On August 6 2021 my car was towed for no reason But upon moving in this is what I had to move my three children into I asked f I relocated to Houston and found this complex and thought they were nice but boy was I so wrong I moved in on August 2 2021 On August 6 2021 my car was towed for no reason But upon moving in this is what I had to move my three children into I asked for my concerns to be addressed and when I couldnt get anything done I asked housing for a special inspection Cause the unit should have NEVER passed It failed inspection in October 2021 Thus I was contacted by Rena in the office in November 2021 and told I have to vacate the property ASAP because they are NOT making any repairs to my unit Right at the Holidays WOW DO NOT MOVE HERE They lie at the officeTina The trash is horrible the stairs are extremely filthy the parking is the same I hope my experience at my new complex will be better Moving ASAP more ... hide ...
