Harriet Tubman Park over the river frequently holds enjoyable occasions. This site offers a lot more than merely a place to stay. You don't move into a place like this to simply stay inside all the time; the location, facilities, view, etc. make this an attractive proposition. As for the unit itself, my unit is slightly over 1000 square feet and is equipped with a washing machine/dryer, awesome view, soundproof apartment, cool AC in summer, and hot heat in winter. Snow is always cleared away and neighbouring inhabitants are amiable. The leasing staff are very courteous as well. Moreover, the residence has an Amazon Hub! Visit the website to get photos of the building and the area - it's situated by the river, with a huge grassy plot where all the dogs play, and it has nice features (elevator, fitness center, copiers, vending machines, study/workroom).* Management: Personally, I had no issues. They were always quick to respond. Moving in and out was fair and accommodating. The maintenance and management staff were incredibly friendly, swift, and went out of their way to assist. They deserve extra recognition. The lobby and building were always very clean - for instance, I recall that the hallway outside my apartment was vacuumed each Wednesday.* Apartment: As I moved in during the pandemic I got a discounted rent, but for my situation: it was large, roomy, and if it was a high enough floor, it had an amazing balcony with a panoramic view of the entire city (sunsets, sunrises, river sights etc. depends on the apartment).
