This was my first time living in a complex, and it was a great experience. The only drawbacks were the buildings being a bit older and sometimes you could hear your neighbors. The community was quiet, with people keeping to themselves, and the units were well-maintained and spacious. Most importantly, the property manager, Danielle, was very helpful and accommodating. She made sure I was taken care of and even provided me with new appliances and carpet, even though I was only signed up for a 6 month lease. She also hosted events and challenges, sent out bulletins, and did everything she could to make life more convenient. Without her, I would have had second thoughts about applying here, but she made me feel secure in my decision. Considering the location and space, Cedarwood is a great option. I had to move closer to work, but I'm thankful I chose this community for the past 10 months.more ...hide ...

Especially for an apartment complex charging $1000-$1400/mo per room. Ive lived in older apartment complexes that charged $580/mo to $700/mo and cant recall a single incident of more than a few hours without access to hot water. These people genuinely do not care, and they drag their feet as much as possible when asked to fix critical issues with the apartments. Avoid living at Liberty Square if possible, youll be happy you did.more ...hide ...

Recently,My husband and I have resided at Glen Eagle Village for the past five years, enduring persistent pests and unreasonable Delmarva bills. Even though we never complained about this, the rent kept rising annually. Recently, my husband parked in his usual spot where he was towed due to being "slightly" on the line. Last year his vehicle was hit-and-run in that same lot and we had to pay for all damages; hence he parks differently to avoid a similar situation from occurring again. Unfortunately, manager Jennifer Mercado refused to reimburse us for the towing fees while blaming us for what happened. We contacted the regional manager but there is still no resolution yet. If you don't want to be troubled with an expensive apartment plus security issues such as intruders or excessive abandoned cars, then don't consider Glen Eagle Village - since their priority is apparently taking away tenant's vehicles instead of tackling real problems like these! Maintenance is already subpar; thus if property managers and owners can carelessly tow people's cars without questioning it, then they don't deserve any money from anyone and you must question their integrity seriously.more ...hide ...
