I lived there for one year and that was the worst place Ive ever lived. The manager was so bad and not responsive. They did not fixed the apartment problem in a timely manner! Our refrigerator was not working and they ch anged it after more than a week and our food spoiled! The price also is so high! There is also always a bad smell in the hallways because they dont clean it! The washer and driers also were so dirty and not hygienic! more ... hide ...

Frequent, sustained hot water outages are 100% unacceptable in 2022. Especially for an apartment complex charging $1000-$1400/mo per room. Ive lived in older apartment complexes that charged $580/mo to $700/mo and cant r ecall a single incident of more than a few hours without access to hot water. These people genuinely do not care, and they drag their feet as much as possible when asked to fix critical issues with the apartments.
