Been here since early 2013 cant wait to get out Our experience here was terrible from the start and got worse as time went on Our move in date was in full swing We fully packed our moving truck with our friends help just to get a call from the manag Been here since early 2013 cant wait to get out Our experience here was terrible from the start and got worse as time went on Our move in date was in full swing We fully packed our moving truck with our friends help just to get a call from the manager Tim at the time to tell us that he decided that he needed to replace our carpet before we moved in Mind you that we had signed the lease and did everything needed on our end two days prior Tim told us that it would be move in ready between 12PM sometime It wasnt ready until 645PM By this time we had lost our help and our light Not to mention it had snowed all morning and made everything a terrible and cold mess Tim was partially understanding of our situation He made a few changes to our lease out of customer service But he continued to avoid our calls and emails and seemed to always not be around when he told us to come down and get it in writing We finally did and we thought we were in good shape Thats when our AC stopped working Or worked sometimes in the middle of June After 34 maintenance visits we were able to get our AC fixed by Mid August Other than that we began to gain a mutual understanding for management Maintenance sucked still and it still does Takes days to get somebody to come by unless it is total emergency even if its a complete nuisance But anyway back to the timeline A few months later Camden sold to a company called Resource Residential We were pumped We thought everything was going to improve Wrong They removed our ability to make payments online which contributed to our decision to live there and told us to remove our barbque grill and that we need to find a different way to mount the satellite dish even though both were fully allowed by past management but the lease was very broad so we decided that we didnt think it was worth fighting we just want out Dont live here Nobody who works here is friendly with the exception of maybe one maintenance guynnListen to this review I never post these unless Im really trying to warn people more ... hide ...
