The newer property manger here is great he actually responds to any emails and calls The maintenance team is always super on top of things they were here within 5 minutes of my call today Definitely recommend the Remington at lone tree

My partner and I moved in just under 2 months ago and since then we have had nothing but great interactions and help from the management team and their staff When we first visited the complex Bethany helped us She was going to show us a 1 bed that wa My partner and I moved in just under 2 months ago and since then we have had nothing but great interactions and help from the management team and their staff When we first visited the complex Bethany helped us She was going to show us a 1 bed that was right in our affordability But in the meantime of walking to the unit she mentioned a unit that was 20 dollars more for 50 more sq footage Of course we said that would be great if we just went and saw that first As a matter of fact that was the one we settled on Any fixes we need are fixed either the same day started the same day or if it is too late in the day the first thing the next day they are here to work on it The community is great very quiet and peaceful renovations on the apartments every so often but when it happens it is done quickly So dont worry about that for long Overall Bethany was a great help and wouldnt have wanted to work with anyone else This complex is a 5 out of 5 Stars more ... hide ...

In general my experience at Remington for four years was very good The homes are spacious and wellmaintained The maintenance crew are excellent and they respond to any issues quickly and reliably The grounds are clean and well cared for Having the po In general my experience at Remington for four years was very good The homes are spacious and wellmaintained The maintenance crew are excellent and they respond to any issues quickly and reliably The grounds are clean and well cared for Having the pool open all year was an extra bonus for my kids on those warm Colorado days in May and September when most places close their poolsnnI had a few issues with reception matters but I found that we could always come to a reasonable and satisfactory agreement for all partiesnnMy biggest observation was the thin floors We lived on the top floor and for a while received consistent noise complaints from those below us We were just living a normal life walking and talking in our home but apparently the noise traveled through loudly So try to sneak in on the top floor if noise is a problem to younnThe location is also excellent so close to shops parks and a great librarynnWe enjoyed our years at Remington it was definitely a good home to us I recommend more ... hide ...
