I didnt completely hate living here but it was certainly a trial Im in the middle of my move out process Ill update this post with what move out fees are like Some places try to rob you hopefully this isnt onennThe goodnQuiet neighborhood no sirens oI didnt completely hate living here but it was certainly a trial Im in the middle of my move out process Ill update this post with what move out fees are like Some places try to rob you hopefully this isnt onennThe goodnQuiet neighborhood no sirens or fires Residents keep to themselves but if you want to make friends get a dog tons of dogs in the neighborhood or try the pool The pool is a very popular hangout spot but not in an obnoxious way Fun random events hosted by the front officennThe badnMaintenance is pretty good here but everything is old and they can only do so much My AC and heat went out several times when they could fix it they did and when they couldnt they called for backup The AC repair man told your unit is so old it should be euthanized and if you smashed it with a sledgehammer Id look the other way which is dark but it definitely gets the point across It made me feel like my rent was going towards keeping the front office looking glamorousnnThe mail situation is ridiculous The address is so long and the community layout is so complicated that many delivery people get lost more so USPS than Amazon When you check your mail use whatever address the previous tenants used and not what the front office tells you I used the address they gave me and my utility company said the address didnt existnnThe uglynBefore you move in be sure to ask if the unit youre getting is a handicap unit They arent forthcoming about this information and you could end up with short cabinets and no vanity or standing shower in your bathroomnnThe rodents You can see them scurrying through the grass and into the bushes on a nightly basis I came home and found a dead mouse sprawled on my entry way floor less than a week after moving in so yay I guess the pest control is working Theres a strange amount of dead rabbit bodies lying around its creepy Maintenance will retrieve the poor little guys if told about it but dont be surprised if you and your dog happen upon a decaying bunnymore ...hide ...

I have never written a review about any apartment residence but the shoddy service we have received here demands it Avoid this apartment complex once you move in here pray that nothing in your apartments needs to be fixed The maintance staff is terriI have never written a review about any apartment residence but the shoddy service we have received here demands it Avoid this apartment complex once you move in here pray that nothing in your apartments needs to be fixed The maintance staff is terrible They avoid properly fixing anything that is broken or needs work done We have a floor plank that peels up from the floor and dust comes out of it every time you step on it What does maintenance do put a piece of tape on it We have a dryer that takes 3 cycles to dry our clothes no matter how big or small the load It has been like this for the first 2 months we have lived here and during this time we have had maintenance come to try and fix it 5 times with no success and they tell us it is working after each time they come We have requested a replacement dryer and the front office refuses to replace this defective dryer We are counting the days until move out of this terrible placemore ...hide ...

My car was damaged in the parking garage from a acid type of dripping liquid and it happens every time it rains. It€™s extremely difficult to get off and some of the spots won€™t come off. The community is always trashy lately, old furniture is in the halls, the office doesn€™t communicate, and my apartment wasn€™t even ready when I moved in. I could go in and in regarding our discomfort here but the icing on the cake is they are increasing rent a significant amount and my place won€™t even stay cool in the summer. It€™s pretty much 80 degrees from noon til midnight.more ...hide ...

In general, my experience at Remington for four years was very good. The homes are spacious and well-maintained. Having the pool open all year was an extra bonus for my kids on those warm Colorado days in May and September, when most places close their pools.I had a few issues with reception matters, but I found that we could always come to a reasonable and satisfactory agreement for all parties.My biggest observation was the thin floors. We lived on the top floor and for a while received consistent €œnoise complaints€ from those below us. We were just living a normal life (walking and talking in our home), but apparently the noise traveled through loudly. So try to sneak in on the top floor if noise is a problem to you.The location is also excellent - so close to shops, parks and a great library.We enjoyed our years at Remington - it was definitely a good home to us.
