I had lived in the Village at Bear Creek for roughly six years, and during that time the complex underwent five separate ownership changes. This resulted in different personnel and poor communication. Initially, living there was enjoyable, but slowly I had lived in the Village at Bear Creek for roughly six years, and during that time the complex underwent five separate ownership changes. This resulted in different personnel and poor communication. Initially, living there was enjoyable, but slowly the situation worsened. We were paying the same amount for our outdated apartment as those with recently renovated ones. Despite numerous attempts to inform the office staff of our situation, they never seemed to believe us until the last two months of our lease. Upon our move out, we were charged for items that needed fixing, which were initially on the walk through checklist of the first company, and for cleaning that the staff had failed to do for months. All in all, it was a nice place to live, but I am glad that I left. I will not miss this place. more ... hide ...
