After residing in Muze at Met for four months, I would like to share my experience with future tenants. The location is great and there are many nearby amenities such as parks, CVS and Whole Foods. Furthermore, the apartments are newly renovated whic After residing in Muze at Met for four months, I would like to share my experience with future tenants. The location is great and there are many nearby amenities such as parks, CVS and Whole Foods. Furthermore, the apartments are newly renovated which provides a nice living experience. However, there were some issues that need to be addressed such as delivery from companies like Amazon or UPS; the locker room is too small and parcels often cannot be found. Elevators can also be slow with a wait time of 5-10 minutes despite there being four of them. Heating for the pool was also turned off by management despite residents wanting warm water more often than not. Additionally, valet service has been unreliable with cars sometimes being left unlocked resulting in theft of items such as sunglasses and bags worth $120 each time (which includes a 30 minute wait). As a result, rent prices have increased by $600 within these past few months; I advise new residents to consider other places before deciding on Muze at Met. more ... hide ...
