Today 4-24-15 was to be his newest move in date. Have I mentioned they still have his deposit of $592.00. Foster Block Apts. to my understanding is for low income persons. Which means they are a State and or Federally funded building. I think we need to contact New York State Housing Authorities an then a lawyer.
