My son has given his deposit for an apartment the first week of March 2015. They keep delaying his move in date stating that they did not have anyone to clean the apartment. He has given them all of the required information and they still have his deposit money. My son has left several messages on answering machines and voice mail and so far the people in charge, Eric and Maggie have not had the professional courtesy to return his phone calls. Today 4-24-15 was to be his newest move in date. Have I mentioned they still have his deposit of $592.00. Foster Block Apts. to my understanding is for low income persons. Which means they are a State and or Federally funded building. I think we need to contact New York State Housing Authorities an then a lawyer. Thank you for your time, Christine Derbymore ...hide ...
