The property management, Houser Enterprises, is a real pain to deal with. I actually cannot believe this happened while I lived there! One snowy day I was at work and I received multiple text messages and email asking me to go back and move my car from the complex parking lot immediately, because they wanted to clean the snow between cars!When I signed the lease there was an amendment in the lease indicating that the landlord was involved in a class action lawsuit by some of the previous tenants. That should have been a huge red flag, but I lived out of state at the time and didnt get a chance to look around. Definitely look at other properties and stay away from this company.If you did end up signing with them, take a lot of pictures when you move out so you can use against them, because they will withhold a big chunk of your deposit no matter how clean you leave the apartment.
