2019-08-09T20:26:05ZI dont recommend this apartment complex to anyone The property management Houser Enterprises is a real pain to deal with I actually cannot believe this happened while I lived there One snowy day I was at work and I received multiple text messages and I dont recommend this apartment complex to anyone The property management Houser Enterprises is a real pain to deal with I actually cannot believe this happened while I lived there One snowy day I was at work and I received multiple text messages and email asking me to go back and move my car from the complex parking lot immediately because they wanted to clean the snow between carsnnWhen I signed the lease there was an amendment in the lease indicating that the landlord was involved in a class action lawsuit by some of the previous tenants That should have been a huge red flag but I lived out of state at the time and didnt get a chance to look around Definitely look at other properties and stay away from this companynIf you did end up signing with them take a lot of pictures when you move out so you can use against them because they will withhold a big chunk of your deposit no matter how clean you leave the apartment And they argue with you on everything more ...
