The only reason for 2 stars is because of the location. Do not plan on getting your deposit back no matter how well you keep your apartment up. There is another apartment right up the road I would recommend over the Burl

Worst place to live. They never fix work orders. We had things that needed fixed for a long time and nothing done about it. Also they do inspection about every month. Loved here five years and never been wrote up for any
