There is always so much trash on the ground out side. People play loud music all hours of the night. I cant go outside in the evening for fear of getting a contact high from all the people smoking pot in or outside of their apartments. People dont watch their kids when they are out side. Dont know how many time we have almost hit kids as they either run out in the street or just ride their bikes right in front of our cars and no one is watching them. Worst place to live.
