I had been searching for two months and was thrilled when I drove around Glenn Arbor after close on Friday. When I called this morning, despite poor reviews about the manager's manners, I was still very excited. Having worked in property management myself for eight years, I asked about one bedroom availability - understanding there is a six month wait list - and then two bedrooms. The manager was incredibly rude; cutting me off and saying there were no photographs (which I had seen online) and that a tour of the unit wouldn't be possible until it had been rented out. Despite not having much time to do so, it felt as though renting this place would have been an option if it weren't for this experience. The property itself is almost unparalleled in that area; however, with such service provided by the manager, I'm left disappointed that I couldn't rent from here. My phone number is [insert]. I stayed at Glen Arbors for three years and the management was incredible. The grounds were always spotless and there was a police officer on the premises, giving me peace of mind during the night. I've been living at Glen Arbor Apartments for more than three years. I chose it because of its non-smoking policy, and it helped me quit smoking. The apartments are nice and roomy, plus the location is great for my daily needs. Despite some negative I've been living at Glen Arbor Apartments for more than three years. Despite some negative reviews by other tenants about the management, I have had a positive experience with them: they've been friendly towards me and I haven't had any issues since I follow the rules and pay my rent on time. Moving to Glen Arbor in December 2020 has been a great experience. The apartments have plenty of room and storage, the grounds are kept up nicely, and the management staff is friendly and helpful. The apartments are very nice, and the prior staff members were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the new lady Kim is quite rude and disrespectful; she is a bully.
