You will experience flooding multiple times in your basement Mold and fungus grew Fungus floated around in the water and mold ruined my furniture and half my stuff Dont live here unless you want a swano in your basement and gunshots every night

But this bldg has went downhill for the last 4 years. The residents common areas, such as our hallways are dirty.
