It could take them up to 8 weeks just to respond to a request I had put in. I vacated the premises in June, and my lease ended August 1, but I have yet to receive my deposit back. On April 4th, I was informed that they were sending it out, but it's nearly been a month and I still haven't seen it. They have made a significant profit from it, and yet it's been nearly a year, and they can't return my deposit to me. I went to the office on Monday and the staff were highly unprofessional. I even asked for the phone number, and she had to look it up. She promised to let me know once she heard back, but she never contacted me. I emailed her on Friday, and she responded saying they had resent the deposit on Tuesday, so I should expect it soon. The rent has gone up drastically, making it not worth it. The pool was scheduled to open on Memorial Day weekend, but it didn't until the weekend before Labor Day. The office and maintenance personnel changed approximately 3 times in the 4 years I lived there. It's a terrible place to live. more ...
