Security deposit was stolen after exiting the property Claimed i never put a deposit and that they could not locate it Bella properties is a scam that preys on people without means to fight back Avoid at all costs

I was looking to relocate to North Carolina from Colorado Springs I was looking for apartments in the Greensboro area I came across Four Seasons Villas Upon reading the reviews At first I was Leary about the apartments due to the reviews I went ahead I was looking to relocate to North Carolina from Colorado Springs I was looking for apartments in the Greensboro area I came across Four Seasons Villas Upon reading the reviews At first I was Leary about the apartments due to the reviews I went ahead and set up an appointment with their office personnel and went to look at the apartments The leasing office was very professional Upon completion of the phone call I was thoroughly satisfied with apartment to the point that I rented the apartment I have lived here now for 3 months Any maintenance issues that I have came across have been fixed in a exceptionally well time frame I have no complaints and was very glad that I did not go by the reviews alone It would behoove you to take a little time and set up an appointment to view the property it is well worth the value more ... hide ...

After all the information that I received when I called this is at the top of my list when my family and I relocate We went and visited many apartments on our last trip and was most pleased with these apartments Unfortunately we could not tour a vaca After all the information that I received when I called this is at the top of my list when my family and I relocate We went and visited many apartments on our last trip and was most pleased with these apartments Unfortunately we could not tour a vacant one due to covid but with what we saw on the outside we were very pleased Very clean and quiet With a baby in the way this is very important to us Office staff is very knowledgeable and nice They answer all my questions and puts my wifes mind at ease not an easy task Keep up the great work and we will be seeing yall soon more ... hide ...

How could the maintenance worker (DON) summon a tow truck for me when he saw me attempting to reach someone in the office and still not talk to me?
