I had attempted to move in here and was met by a lovely assistant manager who listened to my situation She said she would have her manager reach back out to me that day She never did which was fine things get busy I showed up the next day and she rec I had attempted to move in here and was met by a lovely assistant manager who listened to my situation She said she would have her manager reach back out to me that day She never did which was fine things get busy I showed up the next day and she recommended i just apply We did and I realized I put in the wrong SSN a mistake i went about fixing myself I reached out the company processing the application and informed me i should reach out to the complex so they can tell me which credit they used and I can reach out I did that and again the manager never reached out Im grateful I found another apartment because if i has been waiting on this one i would have ended up in a hotel They then proceeded to tell my boyfriend who just called he needs to file a refund with their application even though in person I was told it would be refunded immediately I would be cautious of their poor sense of urgency and communication to new tenants more ... hide ...
