She allows drugs in the building, people are dying in the parking lot, and there is mold growing in every building and the stairs are rotted. There are even dirty needles in the playground where children play. Additionally, there is an infestation of rats, cockroaches, spiders, and ants. Furthermore, the maintenance staff leaves the place filthy and never cleans. If you have a complaint about your neighbor, she will tell you to call the authorities. There are peeping toms looking in your window, and she hires incompetent maintenance workers who show up drunk to try to fix your heater but can't do it until the morning. She even loves towing cars, knowing the people here are of low income, presumably because she gets a kickback out of it. She is also fraudulent, writing in numbers to make your rent higher and collecting the money. Therefore, my suggestion to everyone is "Do not move here! Run away as fast as you can!"more ...hide ...

The rent is on the fair side, since it does offer nice amenities. Management responds quickly to maintenance request. The property is beautifully maintained. I plan to renew my lease once the time comes to it.
