There are peeping toms looking in your window, and she hires incompetent maintenance workers who show up drunk to try to fix your heater but can't do it until the morning. She even loves towing cars, knowing the people here are of low income, presumably because she gets a kickback out of it. She is also fraudulent, writing in numbers to make your rent higher and collecting the money. Therefore, my suggestion to everyone is "Do not move here!
