The previous manager was great, however, shortly after the new manager took over, I received an eviction notice. The regional manager promised to come down and sign off on a new lease, but that never happened and I was subsequently evicted. I would not advise anyone to move into this place, because the management has a lack of communication and no regard for their tenants. Discrimination is a major issue here, and they evicted me without any reasonable justification. I'm not sure if this is even legal, so be wary if you're considering this place. more ... hide ... They didnt change the locks before I moved in. I had to request it. Someone was in my apartment after I went to work.2. Mold. Mold everywhere. They also made me pay a new deposit fee because they used the old deposit to pay for the mold that had already been there. I had to pay for the remediation specialist.3.
