I have lived here for 2 years and without reason they are evicting me...the manager of the property has no answers for me as to why and the regional manager is avoiding all of my calls and not getting back to me. After t wo years of living her and paying rent this is how they treat there renters. The previous manager was great. Then with a new manager, who didnt really like me to begin with, after 2 months I get an eviction notice. I was also told by the regional manager herself that she would come down and set up a time to meet and have me sign my new lease...then never set up a time and evicts me. I would not reccomend this place to anyone. The management has no communication and no care about there renters. And obviously they discriminated against me and will not give me a reason as to why. The manager tried to blame my dog but there were multiple other dogs here who weigh more then mine. When I confronted this my manager then said in a later call my dog isnt the problem....the regional manager wont tell me what the problem is....hmmmm interesting management and discrimination is a big thing here. And evicting people with no probably cause. Dont know is thats legal or not but just beware for that if your interested in this place. more ... hide ...

I lived here a few years ago.1. They didnt change the locks before I moved in. I had to request it. Someone was in my apartment after I went to work.2. Mold. Mold everywhere. I lived there for 2 months.My HVAC was leakin g horribly. I noticed black mold in the utility closet. The property manager and the maintenance man blamed it on me for having the AC running. Apartment flooded from the HVAC unit. I called in mold inspection guy. Tested positive throughput the living room, hallway, kitchen, and bathroom. I requested a new apartment. They complied. They also made me pay a new deposit fee because they used the old deposit to pay for the mold that had already been there. I had to pay for the remediation specialist.3. Maintenance man walked into my apartment without notice several times. 1 time I was in the shower. Another time I was sleeping. This place is NOT safe for women or children. more ... hide ...
