We rented a 2 bedroom apt, and had to move out due to job relocation to another state. We had 2 months left on lease, and were told that we could move out as long as they were able to BEWARE OF SHADY OFFICE PRACTICES!!!! We found out our place was indeed re rented, and then not long after we received a bill for over $2,500 for collections (2 months rent, plus collections fees) which are in the process of being disputed, which has been a nightmare. They are VERY strict, micro manage the place to the point of intrusion. IE: chair outside by your door, all of your comings and goings, inspections, and also there were a few mentally disabled people there, who we were unlucky enough to live by, who complained about EVERYTHING! So do yourself a favor. This is like living in the Missoula projects. The apartments themselves are just right to. Not to big but not to small so their easy to take care of. Outside is well maintained too, with lots of trees and a garden they can work in.
