My experience was absolutely horrendous All I was doing was dropping off an application to live there and from the minute I walked through the door the lady behind the counter was rolling her eyes at me and heavy sighing like I was putting her out As My experience was absolutely horrendous All I was doing was dropping off an application to live there and from the minute I walked through the door the lady behind the counter was rolling her eyes at me and heavy sighing like I was putting her out Asked if there was a better time and she said that she its okay shes got 5 minutes to give me and as she went through my application she was scoffing and had a problem with literally everything She made me feel like a complete scab I asked her what her name was and if I could get ahold of somebody else and talk to them She asked me why and proceeded to argue with me that I did not need to talk to anyone else and she refused to give me her managers name or a coworkers name So I asked her for my application back and told her I would talk to somebody else on a different day she stood up and said she she wanted to make a copy of it so that she made sure that I received my denial letter OUTRAGEOUS more ... hide ...

BEWARE OF SHADY OFFICE PRACTICES We rented a 2 bedroom apt and had to move out due to job relocation to another state We had 2 months left on lease and were told that we could move out as long as they were able to rerent the place which wouldnt be a BEWARE OF SHADY OFFICE PRACTICES We rented a 2 bedroom apt and had to move out due to job relocation to another state We had 2 months left on lease and were told that we could move out as long as they were able to rerent the place which wouldnt be a problem as they had a long wait list We found out our place was indeed re rented and then not long after we received a bill for over 2500 for collections 2 months rent plus collections fees which are in the process of being disputed which has been a nightmare They are VERY strict micro manage the place to the point of intrusion IE chair outside by your door all of your comings and goings inspections and also there were a few mentally disabled people there who we were unlucky enough to live by who complained about EVERYTHING So do yourself a favor This is like living in the Missoula projects There are plenty of better suited places to spend your money on with out the headaches of this management company more ... hide ...
