I highly advise against living here. After I left, they told me my apartment was clean. I even hired a carpet cleaner, and the property manager OBSERVED me cleaning and complimented. Later, I got a call saying I need to REPLACE the carpet due to heavy wear and PET DAMAGE, but I am allergic to animals and do not own one. This seems like an attempt to take my money. During my two year stay, the conditions were consistently poor. I once got locked inside my apartment on a Saturday due to a broken lock. When I called the office, they said maintenance was only available for emergencies, but they eventually sent someone who chiseled the door open, claiming to fix it later, but never did. Do not live here. Additionally, parking rarely exists and the pool is often closed. They will tell you it's a gated community, but it only worked maybe two months of the entire 26 I was there. more ... hide ...

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! There are so many other places with similar pricing that are much better. The parking is a disaster. If you work late, you're out of luck and if you stay at the back of the area you'll likely have to walk 5-6 blocks each night to get back or risk having your car towed, as they aren't very diligent in enforcing their tow policy. There have been plenty of instances of vehicles with no parking pass, and service vans in the same spot for weeks. Don't expect to have visitors over at night, as they need a visitor pass but the office closes at 5pm. Even if you have a flat tire they will still tow you. The leasing office has terrible attitude and no one knows what's going on unless the manager is around. The maintenance team is also very bad; during our apartment inspection they only asked if everything was ok and then left without actually checking the apartment. Valet trash is rarely emptied. The streets are filled with pot holes, there are roaches in the apartments, the exercise equipment doesn't work, the pool area is grimy, and the gate isn't even closed. The only good thing is the location, but you can find better ones somewhere else. Once again, do not live here! more ... hide ...
