I lived here for a few years with my 2 daughters We loved it I was a single mom and never had any issues at all The apartments are well maintained and a great place to live I have lots of great memories

They evicted me for no reason Then they took me to court and sued me for things that was wear and tear on a apartment when you lived their for 4 years I cleaned my apartment before I left Many Wouldnt come fix my fridge The bathroom vanity the sink w They evicted me for no reason Then they took me to court and sued me for things that was wear and tear on a apartment when you lived their for 4 years I cleaned my apartment before I left Many Wouldnt come fix my fridge The bathroom vanity the sink was leaking and I put a work order in and they never came and fixed itself but somehow thats my fault They charged me for blinds that they replaced everytime someone nee moves in They charged me for carpet even though it was old when I moved in The manger had it out for me the whole time I lived there she never liked me she was unfair always wanted to over charge me Now I have been homeless every since she kicked me out I was never late on my rent and I never bothered anyonenchchwereplaced every time someone nee moves in they changed me for more ... hide ...

It does good job for low income housing I lived here at low to no income for 10months til I got my good employer again I had a 3 bedroom apt which was very nice and clean this was about 1980s since they have done so much improvement to inside outside It does good job for low income housing I lived here at low to no income for 10months til I got my good employer again I had a 3 bedroom apt which was very nice and clean this was about 1980s since they have done so much improvement to inside outside and the grounds are much improved I was never ashamed to live there when I was down and out or if I could have afforded market rent I wouldnt have been in any hurry to move The one thing needed and still do probably government issue is laundry facilities in each apartment as one gets older and with children I consider that necessityNot have to furnish appliances but hook ups would be BIG PLUS FOR ALL I was visiting a friend who has lived there over 40 years so which says a lot as its close to shopping good schools restaurants etc more ... hide ...
