I recommend that any one with children do not move here They do monthly inspections just like the projects do Heavens for bid they come in and see toys out on the floor its a write up The people that run it apparently dont have kids of their own If I recommend that any one with children do not move here They do monthly inspections just like the projects do Heavens for bid they come in and see toys out on the floor its a write up The people that run it apparently dont have kids of their own If your watching TV playing music and it happens to be a little loud your neighbors will turn you into office yet another write up 2 and your out You would think that your neighbors would have enough respect to come say something to you instead of crying to the office 1st But yet if you on bottom floor you have to listen to the people above you running stomping etc When it snows they dont do anything with the complex as far as salting plowing I have never lived there personally but I do go there frequently and this is what I have experienced from ones I know live there Last snow I drove thru there and slid everywhere luckily I didnt hit anything Zero stars more ... hide ...

MORE AFFORABLE APARTMENTS JOHNSON CITY, TN 37601

I lived in apartment #7, which was one of the updated 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartments. However, the updates were cheaply done. For instance, This was my first apartment in Johnson City and it was the worst mistake ever. I lived in apartment #7, which was one of the updated 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartments. However, the updates were cheaply done. For instance, you could see the patch work in the walls, the drawers in the kitchen did not pull out properly, and paint would peel from being painted over multiple times. In addition, people would maintenance your apartment without notice and just walk in. The lawn care was also very loud. I ended up having them terminate my 12 month lease after 5 months due to my neighbor in #8 being EXTREMELY loud. She would play music upwards until midnight and management would not handle the issue. Her guests were just as loud and disrespectful towards me just because I would ask if they would turn down the music because I had class/homework to finish. During the day, the music was much worse and I could hear word for word what song she was listening to from my apartment. Again, management would not handle any of this and let it continue. In my 5 months here, there has also been 2 times that peoples car were broken into and their stuff thrown in the street. Lastly, I would come home after being at school and my entire apartment would smell like weed and cigarettes from other renters smoking inside their apartments . Other than all of that,the apartment complex is conveniently located to downtown Johnson City and to ETSU but there are better places to rent from more ... hide ... Making a rental inquiry
