It looks so great. I have been living at Summer Chase II for a year now and it has been the best apartment experience I have ever had. It is tranquil, peaceful, clean, haven't had any issues with my neighbors (everyone tends to just keep to themselves), and there is no unnecessary noise. I must boast about how astonished I am with the sound quality inside the units! I can only hear my neighbors when I am outside and even then it is uncommon. Inside the units, you can hardly ever make out your neighbours and I adore that! Although the price is higher than some, it is fair for the new improvements and is around the average for the area. I really love the area too! It is close to everything, yet still concealed and peaceful. My two small children love the playground! I don't have a dog, but the Bark Park looks incredible! All in all, I don't have anything to complain about, and if you have lived in apartments before, you know that is a unique discovery! The last thing I appreciate about the units is the LVP flooring; I won't ever need some other sort of flooring again! They chose amazing hues as well! more ... hide ...

Lets hit the basics The floors are great the walls are a nice color and there is a fireplace a playground a basketball court and a pool Also a sliding glass door and a patio where my cats can go out and enjoy the nice weather I like the layout of Lets hit the basics The floors are great the walls are a nice color and there is a fireplace a playground a basketball court and a pool Also a sliding glass door and a patio where my cats can go out and enjoy the nice weather I like the layout of our apartment and theres always easy parking in front of my building My electricity bill is reasonable though our apartment is a comfortable size And the landscaping is pretty nice with lovely crape myrtles that bloom in late summer People respect each others privacy here and Ive never had problems with my neighbors I feel safe even when coming home latennIf a snowstorm hit I could walk to Target restaurants the bank and Walgreens Otherwise I can walk near my apartment on a sidewalk that is on a side street There are trees everywhere and its clear that people with dogs have the best of everything since there is a dog park on sitennIve been here almost a year now and about two months into my lease new management took over So far they have reroofed the entire complex and checked the fire alarms and installed carbon monoxide detectors They have also sprayed for pests and at first I was worried because of our two cats However the exterminators were quite professional and polite and reassured us that they use the same formula they spray in a local veterinary clinic Theres not been a bug anywhere since Ive lived here and everyone is fine so whatever they are using worksnnOverall the place is pretty quiet and for what we pay its worth it especially in this difficult housing market Every day I am thankful that we were able to move here and I find the apartment convenient to everything in Johnson City Unlike a lot of the people coming from other states I am local was born here and aside from graduate school and a brief postdoc have lived in Johnson City and the surrounding area most of my life Ive lived on the Southside of JC which is difficult to recommend and Ive lived close to downtown in my college days in the 90s Living at Summer Chase is definitely the best of all my apartments and houses combined including the house I sold before signing the lease herennThe mall is nearby as well as many fine restaurants You can be on I26 in five minutes either direction you leave from the apartment Trees surround the complex so I never hear traffic or feel like Im in the center of everything But I can be at a movie in ten minutes without even tryingnnAre there drawbacks Not anything more than what youd find in any apartment complex But it sure is nice to not have to mow my lawn or worry about the things that homeowners donnA few days ago the management sent an email out about renewing our leases and I was pretty worried because I had a job interview and wouldnt know in time for the deadline they gave me But I went to the office someone is always there now under the new owners and both managers were so kind and helpful and worked with my irregular timing That kind of flexibility is exactly what I appreciate most which is why Im acknowledging it here If Im in the area Im planning to stay here in this community as long as I can more ... hide ...
