The management team has been unsympathetic to my situation and have issued me a dispossession notice since I am not the leaseholder. I owe rent for February, March, and April and they have asked me to vacate. I do not have anywhere to go and there is a veteran in the building who often screams obscenities, bangs on walls, and walks around nude. Despite all of this, I have still managed to make it feel like home. All I ask is that the new management allows me to stay month-to-month until I am ready to move. I have asked if they will accept payment, but they said they cannot. The complex is in a state of pandemic, but my apartment is nice and well kept on the inside. Aside from the psycho neighbor, I have not had any criminal activity or anything else. My other neighbors are quite friendly and we all get along well. I hope I can stay at 3560 Clubhouse Circle East until I am ready to move. There is a positive sign that the lake is looking pretty again and the pool is being prepared for summer. more ...

Lived here for 3 years. New management came in and didnt treat for roaches, or any other issues we had within a reasonable time. The apartments became roach infested and i personally spent hundreds of dollars on poisons
