Even though she suggested that I find another place to rent if I was unhappy and she would terminate my lease with no penalties, she was willing to compromise and I am satisfied with the outcome. She was really understanding and got me into a larger unit. There have been highs and lows here, but the rent and amenities make it a great deal. I had written a long and negative review, but I am thankful that my complaints were heard and I get to start fresh in the new unit. I even persuaded a friend to move in as well. I am grateful to Judith, and I hope there won't be any more issues. The staff can actually be quite pleasant, you just have to be understanding.
