The prior management team was sympathetic to tenants who were having financial difficulties, even allowing part payments or setting up payment plans. Our current management company, however, is completely apathetic towards us. Our AC has been down for over a week now, despite an emergency service request. Before, when maintenance wasn't prompt, we didn't mind due to their accommodating nature. They understood peoples' economic hardships such as high inflation and gas prices. We informed them that we both had better-paying jobs starting soon, but they said they didn't care. Furthermore, they told us they wouldn't give us 30 days to move out, but only ten days, which doesn't seem legal. It is unbelievable how this place has changed from being considerate to uncaring and indifferent. We recently moved in and, so far, our experience has been positive. The staff in the office have been kind, answering our questions without hassle. The townhome is spotless and bug-free, and the grounds are tidy and well-maintained. i went to go see the place last week great area Camilla the office manager was such a big help with the questions i had and was kind enough to show me around the complex and point every detail out Absolutely great customer service
