The racquetball court is in disrepair, with the floor having been damaged by water. When asked about repairs, the office simply decides to shut it down with no intention of fixing it. Management only seems to be interested in squeezing money out of the tenants, and they openly admit to using software to increase the rent each year without making any improvements to the community. All of the issues mentioned in this review have been brought to their attention multiple times, but they fail to listen or care.
