Only had 1 maintenance issue and it was handled quickly. Currently there have been common area issues: IE~laundry. But understandable with nation wide shortages of parts and staffing. Wish (some) residents would clean up after themselves and their pets, most do. (laundry looks like a frat house hours after its cleaned, frustrating for the staff and residents that respect others). That just adds to the problem. Should use cameras and fine them. Should require stool samples for pets and fine them. Other places do.more ...hide ...

Necessary maintenance has been neglected for a long time. The windows are old, leaky, and single-paned, which will cause your electric bill to skyrocket. The air conditioner is dripping water onto the bathroom floor. The carpet is old and peeling off the floor, there are bugs present, and the walls are thin. The supposed "fitness center" does not even have a complete set of weights. The laundry room contains bugs and flies in the washing machines and the washers and dryers may or may not operate. Management claims they are unable to contact the company they use for laundry repairs. Additionally, 42 out of the 70+ apartments have open parking spots. The racquetball court is in disrepair, with the floor having been damaged by water. When asked about repairs, the office simply decides to shut it down with no intention of fixing it. Management only seems to be interested in squeezing money out of the tenants, and they openly admit to using software to increase the rent each year without making any improvements to the community. All of the issues mentioned in this review have been brought to their attention multiple times, but they fail to listen or care. All in all, it has been a very disappointing living experience, and it is advised that you look elsewhere to save both your finances and your sanity.more ...hide ...
