I have lived in Mission Antigua Apartments for just over 10 years The staff has always been super helpful and understanding that life happens sometimes They will do whatever they can to help if they are able to I have always felt safe and secure in m I have lived in Mission Antigua Apartments for just over 10 years The staff has always been super helpful and understanding that life happens sometimes They will do whatever they can to help if they are able to I have always felt safe and secure in my apartment as well as leaving my car in the parking lot It was never damaged in all the time I lived there And what seemed to be the most important part of living there was the maintenance My calls were always dealt with in a timely manner and if for whatever reason they couldnt get to my apartment that day I was given a reason why and told when they would be back I really cant say enough good things other than in 10 years of being there I lived in 3 different units and 1 prior in my younger days But I loved the complex so much that I went back I highly recommend Mission Antigua Apartments more ... hide ...

After calling about every other day for two weeks still unable to pay rent via phone, website or app, finally today they said if I got it there by mail by Friday then no late fees would apply - so now I have to overnight something at a cost of $30 as a result of something that should never have happened in the first place. In all my years of customer service and office experience, this has been far and away the worst service ever experienced! Not only that but according to what Dad said there are bugs around too and people loitering with police often present - don't waste your time/money!
