Numerous maintenance requests were ignored. Reaching the management team is impossible, not even through email or voicemail. Lydia, an office worker, told me that they receive too many calls to respond to voicemails. I have never seen the office workers on the phone when I have visited the office. The complex is dangerous. Cars are frequently broken into, non-residents sleep near the pool overnight, and the gates are always defective.
