We currently reside in this property we noticed that our AC isnt working properly so we called the office Since its JULY I figured at the very least we could get someone out tomorrow morning The office informed us that its not an emergency and that m We currently reside in this property we noticed that our AC isnt working properly so we called the office Since its JULY I figured at the very least we could get someone out tomorrow morning The office informed us that its not an emergency and that maybe if we called after hours that maintenance might help us but it was up to them We called about a week ago because water has been leaking through the drywall in the ceiling an ongoing issue as well no one ever showed up to fix that issue either This weekend it is supposed to be 99100 degrees outside we have a child as well I would give 0 stars if possible this place has gone downhill fast this is the 2nd or 3rd thermostat too the breaker has also been changed once Weve also found crack pipes on our front doorstep had crackheads in our yard looking for things probably the pipe they dropped If youre thinking about moving here dont stay away from HSL more ... hide ...
