2022-05-13T14:24:00ZWent by in the morning to inquire about an apt For my blind daughter and the young woman who was there was very helpful and kind and told us she would talk to the manager and see what she could do to help get her in to an apt Waited for the call and Went by in the morning to inquire about an apt For my blind daughter and the young woman who was there was very helpful and kind and told us she would talk to the manager and see what she could do to help get her in to an apt Waited for the call and it never came we finally called there at 445 pm and the manager answered and began to tell my daughter in a rude voice that she had already talked to the girl and told her it wasnt possible and that she didnt know why she told us what she told us and that she obviously was gonna have to have a talk with the young woman again She was very rude and offered no assistance or even appeared to really even care about my daughter and her needs Will never go back there again because of managers attitude and lack of empathy What a bch Sorry for my French but looking for an apartment right now Is frustrating enough let alone to have someone so cold and uncaring Dont rent here more ...
