We had mentioned our worries – toilet bubbling, bad smell and overheating – to maintenance beforehand, but they dismissed it as the fault of the neighbors. Later that night, after hearing a lot of noise and noticing an even higher temperature coming from it, we called after hours maintenance; however, they said it would be 30 minutes before they got back in touch with us. An hour later still no call; when we tried calling back we were put on hold. That's when suddenly there was a loud pop and we knew what had happened. We quickly prepared ourselves and our pets for evacuation just in case things got worse but thankfully the fire department arrived within 5 minutes and saved all our belongings from being ruined plus probably saved them a lot of money too (all this on Thanksgiving morning). Additionally we had a roof leak due to flash floods and nothing draining so we scheduled another day off work with four hours gap for minor maintenance repairs as well as not wanting to risk any chance of our pets getting out accidentally - yet still no one came! Ive only been here a short time so Ill probably update this review over the next yearnnOverall my experience so far has been good Stephanie the manager has been very kind and quick with her responses The amenities are nice the pool seems to be well k Ive only been here a short time so Ill probably update this review over the next yearnnOverall my experience so far has been good Stephanie the manager has been very kind and quick with her responses The amenities are nice the pool seems to be well kept and the barbecues are a great option to have The grounds have been well kept during my time here the flower bushes and palm trees around the property are very pretty The ambiance of the whole place is cozy to me There seems to be a diverse age range of tenants some families with children as wellnnThe apartment itself is again overall good My particular unit is somewhat dated in its appearance I cant say for certain but I assume my faucets shower and bathroom tile are from the 80s90s I know they have recently started updating certain units though for a slightly higher rent modern cabinetry appliances etc To me its kind of charming though but thats personal preference I will say that by my standards it wasnt cleaned super well upon moving in It was satisfactory but not great It appears they painted cleaned the carpets and wiped down all surfaces But as far as deeper cleaning like baseboards bathroom ceilings grout drains windows dusting corners and AC vents i wasnt satisfied Its not anything I cant clean myself but I was disappointed to see that the attention or care wasnt there The amount of space is great it feels spacious even with all my furniture Having an electric stove and dishwasher is awesome same for the in unit washerdryernn5 Month Updaten I was told we had some of the dirtiest AC filtersvents in the whole complex last month when they were checked by staff still have not been replacedfixedn I reported an issue with the dryer upon move in they did not fix it properly just had to report it againn Paint on the patio was ruined by rain shortly after move in looks super trashy now more ... hide ...
