For two weeks, I have been attempting to pay rent online but the website is down and there is a broken link. Despite being very tech-savvy, this was not working on any device I used. The leasing office suggested it was an error on my part, but anothe For two weeks, I have been attempting to pay rent online but the website is down and there is a broken link. Despite being very tech-savvy, this was not working on any device I used. The leasing office suggested it was an error on my part, but another person in the office mentioned that others had had issues with this as well. As I am out of state and trying to pay for my father's rent, they wouldn't take payment over the phone either. Following their instructions, I downloaded an app - but that also gave me an error message suggesting his account wasn't set up for online payments. After calling about every other day for two weeks still unable to pay rent via phone, website or app, finally today they said if I got it there by mail by Friday then no late fees would apply - so now I have to overnight something at a cost of $30 as a result of something that should never have happened in the first place. In all my years of customer service and office experience, this has been far and away the worst service ever experienced! Not only that but according to what Dad said there are bugs around too and people loitering with police often present - don't waste your time/money! I really cant say enough good things other than, in 10 years of being there... I lived in 3 different units, and 1 prior in my younger days. But I loved the complex so much that I went back.
