There's a wide selection of people living here, from couples to families, roomies, and singles. Everyone I have encountered has been welcoming and the dwellers are considerate of each other. My spacious balcony and special layout make my place feel like home. My own washer and dryer in my flat is perfect, and I'm excited to light up the fireplace when the weather gets colder. The property is nicely kept and the walkways are lit up at night, so it's pleasant to take my pup for a stroll even when it's dark. The pool is always clean and there's plenty of room for me to swim laps when there aren't many other people around. There are plenty of grills around the complex, so no need to buy charcoal. The online portal makes it easy to pay rent or to ask for repairs, and if I ever needed any, they were taken care of within 24 hours. Weve lived here for almost going on 2 years and weve had a great experience thus far Any maintenance issues we have had have been addressed quickly Maintenance supervisor Lorenzo has especially been quickly to attend our maintenance needs

I greatly appreciate that maintenance has responded to my needs in a timely manner and are professional I have also had a good experience and timely communication with the office They provide regular upkeep of the landscaping and the grass is green w I greatly appreciate that maintenance has responded to my needs in a timely manner and are professional I have also had a good experience and timely communication with the office They provide regular upkeep of the landscaping and the grass is green which is a feat for any lawn in Arizona It seems like they regularly turn off the water for repairs which can be annoying at times but repairs do not last long My apartment itself isnt perfect or updated nor were the carpets freshly cleaned upon move in but overall I like it very much here and want to stay as long as circumstances permit Love the environment more ... hide ...
